Private Boat & Yacht Charters in Goa: Best Price, Best Experience

Planning a private boat charter in Goa but not sure which boat fits your group, what it costs, or what’s actually included? Here’s everything you need to know before you book.

Private Boat Charters vs Group Tours in Goa

Most boat experiences in Goa are shared. You book a seat on a vessel with strangers, follow a fixed route, and work around everyone else’s schedule. A private charter is the opposite. You book the entire boat for your group, choose your experience, and the trip runs on your terms. Same waters, completely different experience.

Our Fleet: Three Boats for Every Group Size

The Nautical Eagle operates three boats out of Goa, each suited to a different group size and experience.

The Falcon: Private Yacht Charter Goa

The Falcon is a 36ft American built Larson Cabrio 350, our largest and most comfortable vessel. Twin 350HP engines, an air conditioned cabin below deck, a bathroom on board, and space for up to 14 guests. If you are planning a sunset cruise for a large group, a corporate outing, or a birthday celebration on the water, The Falcon gives you the space and comfort to do it properly. It is the only boat in our fleet with a fully enclosed cabin, making it a great option if you want the option to escape the sun or the wind mid trip.

  • Price: ₹20,000 for 2 hours
  • Capacity: Up to 14 guests

The Hawk: Private Boat Charter Goa

The Hawk is a 27ft French built Jeanneau Cap Camarat 8.5 CC with an open deck layout and space for up to 10 guests. It sits between a speedboat and a yacht in terms of feel: more room and stability than The Eagle, more open and adventurous than The Falcon. Great for dolphin watching, bird watching, and coastal cruising around Goa. Has a bathroom on board. A solid all rounder for mid sized groups who want an open air experience on the water.

  • Price: ₹17,000 for 2 hours
  • Capacity: Up to 10 guests

The Eagle: Speedboat Charter Goa

The Eagle is our 18ft Glastron SSV 175 speedboat, compact and fast, built for smaller groups who want to feel the water. Perfect for a sunset ride or a dolphin spotting trip with up to 6 people. If your group wants speed and energy over comfort and space, The Eagle is the right choice. It is the most exhilarating ride in our fleet and the best option for those who want a raw, on the water experience rather than a leisurely cruise.

  • Price: ₹11,000 for 2 hours
  • Capacity: Up to 6 guests

What’s Included in Every Charter

Every private boat charter with The Nautical Eagle includes a professional crew, snacks on board, and Bluetooth speakers. The price covers your entire group for the full 2 hours regardless of headcount up to the vessel maximum.

What Experiences Can You Book?

All charters run for 2 hours and can be tailored to what your group wants. Popular options include:

  • Sunset cruise on the Arabian Sea
  • Dolphin watching trip on Goa’s rivers
  • Bird watching along the mangroves
  • Coastal cruising around North Goa
  • Private group outing or celebration on the water

Where We Operate: Goa’s Rivers and Coastline

The Nautical Eagle is based near Salvador do Mundo in North Goa, giving us access to some of the most scenic stretches of water in the state. Our charters take you through the backwaters and mangroves of the Mandovi river system, out toward the Arabian Sea coastline, and into quieter stretches of water that most tourists never see.

North Goa’s waterways are home to resident dolphin pods, a wide variety of coastal birds, and some of the best sunset views the state has to offer. Whether you are visiting Goa for the first time or the tenth, getting out on the water gives you a completely different perspective on the place.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 days in advance, especially during peak season between November and March. Last minute bookings are sometimes possible so it is always worth reaching out even if your trip is coming up soon.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes, all three boats are suitable for children. We recommend The Falcon for families with younger children given the stability, the enclosed cabin, and the bathroom on board.

What should we bring?

We provide everything you need on board including snacks and a professional crew. That said, we suggest bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a camera. You are also welcome to bring your own food or drinks if you’d like.

Is the price per person or for the whole boat?

The price covers the entire boat for your group for the full 2 hours. You are not paying per person.

What is the best time of day for a boat charter in Goa?

Sunset slots are the most popular and book up fastest. Morning slots are great for dolphin watching as sightings are more common earlier in the day. We offer both so let us know your preference when booking.

Do you operate during monsoon season?

We operate year round subject to weather and sea conditions. Peak season runs from October to March when conditions are at their best. During monsoon months we assess conditions on a day by day basis and will always prioritise the safety of your group.

Can we play our own music on board?

Yes. All three boats have Bluetooth speakers so you are welcome to connect your own device and play whatever you like.

How many people can each boat take?

The Falcon takes up to 14 guests, The Hawk up to 10, and The Eagle up to 6. If your group is larger than 14 get in touch and we can discuss options.
